You pick a studio, write what you want, and click Generate. The cost in credits appears on the button before you launch anything. Expect a few seconds for an image, one to two minutes for a video, about a minute for an avatar.

No. CreateFasty runs entirely in the browser, on desktop and on mobile. You don't need a graphics card: everything is computed on our servers.

Yes. A free account receives credits every month, with no card required.

No. Signing up asks for an email address and a password. No banking details are requested until you buy something, and CreateFasty never stores any: payments go through Stripe.

Yes, 18. It's confirmed explicitly at sign-up, and the date of birth is used only for that check.

One single unit for every tool: you don't buy “images” or “videos” separately, you spend one balance however you like. Each generation costs a fixed number of credits, shown before you launch. That number depends on the model chosen, not on the resolution: raising the resolution costs nothing extra.

A free account receives —, topped up automatically on the 1st of each month, for as long as your account exists. They don't roll over, and they cover two premium images. There are no extra credits granted at sign-up.

It depends where they came from:

• Free monthly credits — reset and topped up each month. They don't roll over.
• Subscription credits — topped up at each renewal, they don't carry over from one month to the next.
• Credits bought in a pack — they never expire and stay on your account until you use them.

The Generate button tells you before anything is launched. You can wait for the monthly top-up, take a subscription, or buy a credit pack with no commitment.

A pack suits a one-off need: you pay once and keep your credits with no time limit. Asubscription suits regular creation — for the same price it gives roughly 20% more credits, and allows more generations in parallel.

No. The cost depends only on the model. Raising the resolution only increases generation time, never the bill.

A watermark-free, downloadable image in the format you choose (vertical for TikTok, horizontal for YouTube, square for Instagram, or one of the less common formats). You can also start from an existing image: the AI then edits it instead of starting from a blank page.

Yes. Editing starts from your image and applies the change you describe: adding or removing an element, changing the background or the mood. It doesn't reinvent the image, it retouches it.

Multiplying an image's resolution by four and making it sharper — useful for print or a large screen. It invents no new detail, it rebuilds what is already there.

Two ways of producing the same scene, without switching to a paid model:

• Standard — the cheapest, deliberately rough. It's a draft : it exists to check an idea holds up before producing it properly. It is not publication quality.
• High quality — the recommended choice, on by default: an image is generated carefully first, then animated. That's the one you publish.

You upload a photo or a visual, describe the movement you want (not the scene — it's already in the image), and the AI animates it. There is a single rate in this mode — no standard / high-quality distinction.

A front-facing portrait, well lit, a single face, mouth visible, framed on shoulders and head. Then a script of two or three sentences (about fifteen seconds) and a voice. The avatar delivers your text with synced lips. The video keeps the format and framing of your portrait.

Because the provider bills per second of audio. The cost shown updates as you write your script: a longer script costs more, and you see it before you launch.

Technically the result is convincing, but it is not a real person. If your video could suggest otherwise — a testimonial, a review, a recommendation — you must say so in your post. The studio reminds you of this as you write your script.

Neural voices, sorted by accent. You can listen to a sample for free before choosing: previewing costs no credits and doesn't enter your library.

Yes, with the voices made for those languages. They read the text you provide, they don't translate it: write your script directly in the language of the voice you chose.

Some models generate image and sound together — the effects are then perfectly in sync, and the studio says so on the model concerned. On the others, an ambient soundtrack can be generated from the video. You can also add a voice-over reading a text, on top.

The list changes and depends on what is connected at the moment you log in. The “Several models. One single studio.” section on the home page shows the server's real state — not a sales catalogue. In each studio, selecting a model shows its strengths and limits before you generate.

Three families, recognisable by the cost displayed:

• Standard — a draft, to test an idea.
• High quality — included at no extra cost, the default choice.
• Premium models — billed by duration, markedly more expensive; some generate sound, which is noted on their card.

The cost on the “Generate” button changes the moment you switch model: you can't get it wrong without seeing it.

That the model is billed by its provider and therefore costs more credits. “Included” models cost nothing beyond the tool's base rate.

Because the catalogue reflects providers' real availability. Rather than showing a model that would fail at generation time, the studio only offers what responds.

Yes, in one click from My account → My subscription, at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for : you keep access and your credits until then, and no further payment is taken. There is no pro-rata refund for the month in progress.

Yes. As long as the current period hasn't ended, a “Keep my subscription” button appears in the same section and cancels the scheduled cancellation.

Yes, at any time: up, down, or across to the custom plan. You can also buy a credit pack on top of a subscription.

By bank card, through Stripe. The card form is displayed by Stripe itself inside CreateFasty: we neither see nor store any banking data.

They are issued and emailed by Stripe, to the address used at purchase. The Billing section of your account lists the credits received, purchase by purchase.

Credits are added when Stripe confirms the payment to our server, which sometimes takes a few seconds. The page refreshes your balance automatically. If nothing arrives after two minutes, write to us with the date and the amount.

Yes. It's paid in one go for twelve months and the discount is computed by the server from the real prices — it's the percentage shown on the Pricing page, not an estimate.

They're yours: you can use them freely, including commercially, within the limits set out in our terms. It's up to you to check you're not infringing third-party rights (trademarks, images of people, protected works).

No. Creations come out watermark-free, including those made with free credits.

In My creations, your library. You can search by prompt, filter by type, mark favourites, sort, download and delete.

It reloads a creation's prompt into the studio that produced it, ready to be changed and run again. It's the fastest way to get a variation.

Yes, permanently, from the creation's card. Deleting does not return the credits spent.

No. When a generation fails, the credits are refunded automatically to your account. Check your balance before writing to us: if it hasn't moved, the refund went through.

That's normal up to about two minutes depending on the model: video is computed frame by frame. The studio shows the elapsed time while you wait. Beyond that, reload the page — if the creation arrived, it will be in your library.

Be more specific: subject, setting, light, framing. For a video, also describe what moves. If you're using standard mode, keep in mind its output is deliberately rough — switch back to high quality to judge.

Illegal, violent or hateful content, or content aimed at deceiving real people, is refused — by our filters as well as our providers'. The detail is in article 8 of the terms of sale.

Your email address, your password (hashed, never in clear text), your display name, first name, surname and date of birth if you fill them in, your creations and prompts, your credit history, and your IP address to limit login attempts. No banking data. The detail is in the privacy policy.

No. A single cookie is used, the one that keeps you logged in. For our visit statistics, a random identifier is also kept in your browser's local storage — no advertising, no resale, and removable by clearing the site's data.

From My account → Security : we send a link to your account address, valid for one hour and usable once.

Yes. The request is made by email from My account → Privacy ; it is handled manually. Cancel your subscription first if you have one.
