Do I need a subscription?
No. The Discovery Pack and credit packs are one-off payments. A monthly or annual plan exists if you create regularly.
Who owns my creations?
Within the limits allowed by the models used, you hold the usage rights to your creations. It is up to you to check that you don't infringe third-party rights (trademarks, images of people, protected works).
Can I try without paying?
Yes: a free account receives credits every month that cover two premium images. The other tools are paid with purchased credits.

Article 1 — Objet
Les présentes CGV régissent la vente, sur CreateFasty, d'abonnements (mensuels ou annuels), de packs de crédits et du Pack Découverte, qui donnent accès aux services de génération d'images, de vidéos, d'avatars et de voix par intelligence artificielle. L'utilisation du compte gratuit est régie par les CGU.
Article 2 — Formules et crédits
Les services se paient en « crédits ». Chaque génération indique son coût en crédits avant d'être lancée.
Abonnement mensuel : payé chaque mois ; un nombre de crédits fixé par la formule est
rechargé à chaque mois payé.
Annual subscription : payé en une fois pour douze mois ; le même nombre mensuel de crédits
est rechargé chaque mois pendant ces douze mois.
Les crédits d'abonnement ne sont pas cumulables d'un mois sur l'autre, ne sont pas échangeables
ni remboursables, et sont valables uniquement pendant la période d'abonnement. Une formule
« Sur mesure » permet de choisir son volume mensuel de crédits.
Packs de crédits et Pack Découverte : achats uniques, sans abonnement. Leurs crédits n'ont pas de date d'expiration et restent disponibles après la fin d'un éventuel abonnement. Le Pack Découverte ne peut être acheté qu'une fois par compte.
Article 3 — Prix
Les prix sont indiqués en euros, toutes taxes comprises le cas échéant. L'éditeur se réserve le droit de modifier ses prix ; les abonnements en cours ne sont pas affectés avant leur reconduction.
Article 4 — Paiement
Le paiement s'effectue en ligne via notre prestataire de paiement sécurisé (Stripe), avec les moyens de paiement proposés sur la page de paiement. CreateFasty ne conserve aucune donnée bancaire. Lorsque le moyen choisi confirme le paiement en différé, les crédits ou l'abonnement sont activés à la confirmation du paiement.
Article 5 — Durée, reconduction et résiliation
L'abonnement mensuel est sans engagement et reconduit automatiquement chaque mois. L'abonnement annuel couvre douze mois payés d'avance et est reconduit automatiquement chaque année.
L'abonnement est résiliable à tout moment depuis l'espace client. La résiliation prend effet à la fin de la période déjà payée (le mois ou l'année) : l'accès et les recharges mensuelles de crédits sont maintenus jusqu'à cette date. Pour l'abonnement mensuel, la résiliation n'ouvre pas droit au remboursement du mois entamé.
Article 6 — Droit de rétractation
Conformément à l'article L221-28 du Code de la consommation, le client reconnaît que le service est un contenu numérique fourni immédiatement, et renonce expressément à son droit de rétractation dès la première utilisation du service durant la période d'abonnement.
Article 7 — Contenu généré
Le client est responsable des instructions (« prompts ») qu'il fournit et des contenus qu'il génère. Dans les limites permises par les modèles utilisés, le client dispose des droits d'usage sur les contenus qu'il génère. Il lui appartient de vérifier qu'il n'enfreint pas les droits de tiers (marques, images de personnes, œuvres protégées).
Article 8 — Utilisations interdites
Sont notamment interdits : la génération de contenus illégaux, violents, haineux, à caractère sexuel impliquant des mineurs, de contenus visant à tromper, diffamer ou porter atteinte à des personnes réelles. Tout manquement peut entraîner la suspension immédiate du compte sans remboursement.
Article 9 — Disponibilité et responsabilité
Le service repose en partie sur des fournisseurs tiers ; des interruptions ou variations de qualité peuvent survenir. L'éditeur ne saurait être tenu responsable des indisponibilités temporaires. Sa responsabilité est limitée au montant de l'abonnement en cours.
Article 10 — Données personnelles
Le traitement des données est décrit dans la Politique de confidentialité.
Article 11 — Droit applicable et litiges
Les présentes CGV sont soumises au droit français. Conformément au Code de la consommation, en cas de litige non résolu à l'amiable, le client peut recourir gratuitement au médiateur de la consommation auquel CreateFasty a adhéré : CM2C (Centre de la Médiation de la Consommation de Conciliateurs de Justice), 49 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris — saisine en ligne : cm2c.net/declarer-un-litige.php.

Compte
L'utilisation des fonctionnalités de génération nécessite un compte, créé avec une adresse email et un mot de passe ou avec un compte Google. Un compte gratuit reçoit chaque mois des crédits utilisables sur certains outils ; les autres outils s'utilisent avec des crédits d'abonnement, de pack ou du Pack Découverte (voir CGV). Les outils gratuits du CreateFasty Lab s'utilisent sans compte. Le client est responsable de la confidentialité de ses identifiants.
Usage acceptable
L'utilisateur s'engage à un usage licite du service. Il est interdit de générer, diffuser ou tenter de générer des contenus illégaux ou contraires aux bonnes mœurs (voir CGV, article 8).
Modération
CreateFasty met en œuvre des dispositifs de modération automatique et peut refuser, bloquer ou supprimer tout contenu contraire aux présentes règles, et suspendre les comptes concernés.
Propriété intellectuelle
L'utilisateur conserve les droits d'usage sur ses créations selon les CGV. L'interface, la marque et le code de CreateFasty restent la propriété de l'éditeur.
Responsabilité
Le service est fourni « en l'état ». L'utilisateur est seul responsable de l'usage qu'il fait des contenus générés.

Nous collectons : ton adresse email, ton mot de passe (stocké sous forme hachée, jamais en clair), ton prénom, ton nom et ton pseudo si tu les renseignes, ta date de naissance (pour vérifier que tu as l'âge légal d'utiliser le service), les informations d'abonnement et d'achat, ton adresse IP (limitation du nombre de tentatives de connexion, sécurité), et les données techniques nécessaires au fonctionnement (créations, prompts, historique de crédits, journaux d'utilisation). Si tu te connectes avec Google, nous recevons de Google ton adresse email, ton prénom et ton nom. Si tu arrives par le lien d'un partenaire du programme CreateFasty Partners, nous enregistrons ce partenaire pour lui attribuer ton inscription et tes paiements. Les paiements sont traités par Stripe ; nous ne stockons aucune donnée bancaire.
Finalités et base légale
Ces données servent à fournir le service, gérer ton compte et ton abonnement, et assurer la sécurité. La base légale est l'exécution du contrat et notre intérêt légitime.
Destinataires / sous-traitants
Prestataire de paiement (Stripe), hébergeur du site (Render Services, Inc.), base de données (Neon), stockage des créations (Cloudinary), envoi des emails (Resend), mesure d'audience (PostHog), connexion avec Google (Google, si tu la choisis), et fournisseurs de modèles d'IA auxquels tes prompts et, le cas échéant, tes images sont transmis pour générer les contenus (notamment fal.ai, Cloudflare, Hugging Face et Pollinations). Pour la voix off ajoutée à une vidéo, et pour les voix de secours quand les voix premium sont indisponibles, le texte à lire est transmis au service de lecture vocale de Microsoft, qui le transforme en audio.
Durée de conservation
Tes données sont conservées le temps de la relation contractuelle, puis supprimées ou anonymisées, sauf obligation légale.

Cookies et mesure d'audience
CreateFasty n'utilise aucun cookie publicitaire. Les cookies présents sur le site sont :
- Cookie de connexion (30 jours) : te garde connecté à ton compte.
- Cookies temporaires de connexion Google (10 minutes, uniquement pendant une connexion avec Google) : protègent la connexion et la relient à ta visite.
- Cookies de Stripe (
__stripe_mid, 1 an ;__stripe_sid, 30 minutes) : posés par le module de paiement Stripe, chargé sur les pages du site, pour la prévention de la fraude. - Cookie partenaire (90 jours, uniquement si tu arrives par le lien d'un partenaire) : attribue ton inscription et tes paiements à ce partenaire.
Le stockage local de ton navigateur conserve aussi tes préférences (langue, réglages des studios), la source de ta première visite (par exemple un lien ou une campagne) et un identifiant de session propre à l'onglet.
Pour nos statistiques internes (pages vues, actions dans les studios, générations, achats et leurs montants), nous utilisons PostHog avec un identifiant pseudonyme. Quand tu te connectes, cet identifiant est relié à ton compte, sous une forme qui ne contient ni ton email ni ton nom. Ton adresse IP n'est pas transmise à notre outil de mesure, aucune empreinte de navigateur n'est calculée, et ces données ne sont ni revendues ni utilisées à des fins publicitaires. Vider les données de site de ton navigateur supprime les éléments stockés localement.

Getting started
What is CreateFasty?
An online creative studio. You describe an idea and artificial intelligence produces it: image, video, a UGC avatar that speaks or voice-over. Several models sit behind a single interface, with one account and one credit balance. Nothing to install: it all happens in your browser.
How does it work, in practice?
You pick a studio, write what you want, and click Generate. The cost in credits appears on the button before you launch anything. Expect a few seconds for an image, one to two minutes for a video, about a minute for an avatar.
Do I need to install anything?
No. CreateFasty runs entirely in the browser, on desktop and on mobile. You don't need a graphics card: everything is computed on our servers.
Can I try without paying?
Yes. A free account receives credits every month, with no card required.
Do I need a bank card to create an account?
No. Signing up asks for an email address and a password. No banking details are requested until you buy something, and CreateFasty never stores any: payments go through Stripe.
Is there a minimum age?
Yes, 18. It's confirmed explicitly at sign-up, and the date of birth is used only for that check.
Credits and pricing
How do credits work?
One single unit for every tool: you don't buy “images” or “videos” separately, you spend one balance however you like. Each generation costs a fixed number of credits, shown before you launch. That number mostly depends on the model chosen; on some models, resolution or duration also changes it.
How many free credits, and how often?
A free account receives 10 free credits, topped up automatically on the 1st of each month, for as long as your account exists. They don't roll over, and they cover two premium images. There are no extra credits granted at sign-up.
Do my credits expire?
It depends where they came from:
- Free monthly credits — reset and topped up each month. They don't roll over.
- Subscription credits — topped up at each renewal, they don't carry over from one month to the next.
- Credits bought in a pack — they never expire and stay on your account until you use them.
What happens when I run out of credits?
The Generate button tells you before anything is launched. You can wait for the monthly top-up, take a subscription, or buy a credit pack with no commitment.
Subscription or credit pack?
A pack suits a one-off need: you pay once and keep your credits with no time limit. Asubscription suits regular creation — for the same price, one month of subscription gives more credits than a pack, and allows more generations in parallel.
Does an image's resolution change the price?
On most models, no. Exception: on Nano Banana Pro and Nano Banana 2, 4K costs double, because the provider bills it that way. The resolution picker says so and the Generate button shows the exact price before you start.
The studios
Image Studio — what do I get?
A watermark-free, downloadable image in the format you choose (vertical for TikTok, horizontal for YouTube, square for Instagram, or one of the less common formats). You can also start from an existing image: the AI then edits it instead of starting from a blank page.
Is editing an image different from generating one?
Yes. Editing starts from your image and applies the change you describe: adding or removing an element, changing the background or the mood. It doesn't reinvent the image, it retouches it.
What is “Upscale” for?
Multiplying an image's resolution by four and making it sharper — useful for print or a large screen. It invents no new detail, it rebuilds what is already there.
What's the difference between standard and high-quality video?
Two ways of producing the same scene, without switching to a paid model:
- Standard — the cheapest, deliberately rough. It's a draft : it exists to check an idea holds up before producing it properly. It is not publication quality.
- High quality — the recommended choice, on by default: an image is generated carefully first, then animated. That's the one you publish.
Image → Video, how does it work?
You upload a photo or a visual, describe the movement you want (not the scene — it's already in the image), and the AI animates it. There is a single rate in this mode — no standard / high-quality distinction.
UGC Avatar — what do I need?
A front-facing portrait, well lit, a single face, mouth visible, framed on shoulders and head. Then a script of two or three sentences (about fifteen seconds) and a voice. The avatar delivers your text with synced lips. The video keeps the format and framing of your portrait.
Why is the avatar billed in blocks?
Because the provider bills per second of audio. The cost shown updates as you write your script: a longer script costs more, and you see it before you launch.
Can an AI avatar pass for a real person?
Technically the result is convincing, but it is not a real person. If your video could suggest otherwise — a testimonial, a review, a recommendation — you must say so in your post. The studio reminds you of this as you write your script.
Voice-over — which voices are available?
Neural voices, sorted by accent. You can listen to a sample for free before choosing: previewing costs no credits and doesn't enter your library.
Can the voices read another language?
Yes, with the voices made for those languages. They read the text you provide, they don't translate it: write your script directly in the language of the voice you chose.
Can I add sound to a video?
Some models generate image and sound together — the effects are then perfectly in sync, and the studio says so on the model concerned. On the others, an ambient soundtrack can be generated from the video. You can also add a voice-over reading a text, on top.
The models
Which models are available?
The list changes and depends on what is connected at the moment you log in. The “Several models. One single studio.” section on the home page shows the server's real state — not a sales catalogue. In each studio, selecting a model shows its strengths and limits before you generate.
How do I choose between video models?
Three families, recognisable by the cost displayed:
- Standard — a draft, to test an idea.
- High quality — included at no extra cost, the default choice.
- Premium models — billed by duration, markedly more expensive; some generate sound, which is noted on their card.
The cost on the “Generate” button changes the moment you switch model: you can't get it wrong without seeing it.
What does “premium” mean on a model?
That the model is billed by its provider and therefore costs more credits. “Included” models cost nothing beyond the tool's base rate.
Why does a model appear and then disappear?
Because the catalogue reflects providers' real availability. Rather than showing a model that would fail at generation time, the studio only offers what responds.
Subscription and payment
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes, in one click from My account → My subscription, at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for : you keep access and your credits until then, and no further payment is taken. There is no pro-rata refund for the month in progress.
Can I undo a cancellation?
Yes. As long as the current period hasn't ended, a “Keep my subscription” button appears in the same section and cancels the scheduled cancellation.
Can I change plan?
Yes, at any time: up, down, or across to the custom plan. You can also buy a credit pack on top of a subscription.
How does payment work?
By bank card, through Stripe. The card form is displayed by Stripe itself inside CreateFasty: we neither see nor store any banking data.
Where are my invoices?
They are issued and emailed by Stripe, to the address used at purchase. The Billing section of your account lists the credits received, purchase by purchase.
My credits haven't arrived after a payment.
Credits are added when Stripe confirms the payment to our server, which sometimes takes a few seconds. The page refreshes your balance automatically. If nothing arrives after two minutes, write to us with the date and the amount.
Is annual really cheaper?
Yes. It's paid in one go for twelve months and the discount is computed by the server from the real prices — it's the percentage shown on the Pricing page, not an estimate.
My creations
Who owns my creations?
Within the limits allowed by the models used, you hold the usage rights to your creations. It is up to you to check that you don't infringe third-party rights (trademarks, images of people, protected works).
Is there a watermark?
No. Creations come out without a watermark. The free account lets you generate images; video requires paid credits.
Where are my creations kept?
In My creations, your library. You can search by prompt, filter by type, mark favourites, sort, download and delete.
What does the “Remix” button do?
It reloads a creation's prompt into the studio that produced it, ready to be changed and run again. It's the fastest way to get a variation.
Can I delete a creation?
Yes, permanently, from the creation's card. Deleting does not return the credits spent.
Something's wrong
My generation failed. Have I lost my credits?
No. When a generation fails, the credits are refunded automatically to your account. Check your balance before writing to us: if it hasn't moved, the refund went through.
My video is taking a very long time.
That's normal up to about two minutes depending on the model: video is computed frame by frame. The studio shows the elapsed time while you wait. Beyond that, reload the page — if the creation arrived, it will be in your library.
The result doesn't match what I asked for.
Be more specific: subject, setting, light, framing. For a video, also describe what moves. If you're using standard mode, keep in mind its output is deliberately rough — switch back to high quality to judge.
A model refuses my request.
Illegal, violent or hateful content, or content aimed at deceiving real people, is refused — by our filters as well as our providers'. The detail is in article 8 of the terms of sale.
How do I contact you?
By email at contact@createfasty.com. Usually a reply within 48 working hours. Include the date, the tool and the amount if your question is about a payment.
Account and data
What data do you keep?
Your email address, your password (hashed, never in clear text), your display name, first name, surname and date of birth if you fill them in, your creations and prompts, your credit history, and your IP address to limit login attempts. No banking data. The detail is in the privacy policy.
Are there advertising cookies?
No advertising cookies. The site uses a login cookie, payment security cookies set by Stripe, and, if you arrive through a partner's link, a cookie that credits your sign-up to that partner. Our statistics use a pseudonymous identifier, linked to your account when you log in — no advertising, no resale. Details are in the privacy policy.
How do I change my password?
From My account → Security : we send a link to your account address, valid for one hour and usable once.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. The request is made by email from My account → Privacy ; it is handled manually. Cancel your subscription first if you have one.
Are my prompts sent to third parties?
Yes, to the model providers that produce your creations — that's what makes generation possible. They are listed in the privacy policy.

Session
You're signed in on this device through a session cookie. Logging out invalidates it immediately.
Remotely signing out other devices isn't available: the service doesn't keep a per-device session list. Changing your password remains the reliable way to take back control.
Payment
CreateFasty neither sees nor stores any banking data: the card is entered with Stripe, which alone handles payment and invoices.

They are issued and emailed by Stripe, our payment provider, to the address used at purchase. CreateFasty keeps no copy.

Privacy
What we keep about you
- Your email address and your password (hashed, never in clear text)
- Your display name, first name, surname and date of birth if you fill them in
- Your creations, your prompts and your credit history
- Your IP address, to limit login attempts
No bank details and no advertising cookies. Cookies are used for sign-in, payment security (Stripe) and, if you arrive through a partner's link, to credit that partner.
Your rights
Access, rectification, deletion, portability. Rectification is done directly in My details. For deleting your account or exporting your data, write to us: the request is handled manually.

A generation failed
Credits are refunded automatically when a generation fails — there's nothing to claim. Check your balance in Credit activity : you'll see the refund line there. If it's missing, send us the approximate time and the tool used.
A payment problem
A payment can take a few seconds to credit your account (Stripe notifies us afterwards). If nothing arrives after two minutes, write to us with the date and the amount.

The splits above are examples, computed on the rates actually billed. Nothing is imposed: your credits are spent how you want, on the tool you want, when you want.
Each example month counts 30 premium images, then the rest of the balance in 5-second videos with sound, at the catalogue's lowest prices. A higher-end model, a longer duration or a higher resolution uses more — the exact price shows on the “Generate” button before each creation, and the full price list is just below.

Monthly or annual?
Monthly has no commitment: you can cancel any month. Annual is paid in one go for twelve months and costs less; your credits still arrive every month, and a cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid year.
My unused credits?
Subscription credits top up each month and don't roll over — you start full every month. Credits bought in a pack, however, stay on your account until you use them.
Subscription or pack?
A pack suits a one-off need: you pay once and keep your credits. A subscription suits regular creation — for the same price, one month of subscription gives more credits than a pack (figures below the packs), and it allows more generations in parallel.
Can I change plan?
Yes, at any time: you can move up or down a plan, or switch to the Custom plan.
